| We usually quote within 1~3 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us so that we will regard your inquiry priority. |
| 2) How can I get a sample to check your quality? |
| After price confirmed, you can require for some samples to check our quality. The blank samples or even some printed samples will be offered if you can afford express fee. |
| 3) How long can I expect to get the samples? |
| As usual, the samples will be finish in 5-7 days after received your confirmed artworks. |
| 4) What about the lead time for mass production? |
| Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 20,000pcs gift boxes within a week. |
| 5) How to delivery the goods to you ? |
| You can choose DHL,TNT,UPS,FedEx express, Air Freight, Sea shipping ways. |
