Descriptiont:

 

 

1. Cat5e FTP 24 Ports Keystone type. The structure of each port of this patch panel is same which makes sure that the performance of each port is consistent.

2. The cable management and grounding device are combined in this patch panel. All  kinds of cables with different dimensions can be fixed on the patch panel. The shielding foil of the cabels and the grounding device of the patch panel can be connected very well so that the shielding effect of this patch panel will be very outstanding.

3. According to the standard of ISO/IEC 11801:2002 CLASS E and ANSI/TIA/EIA/568B.2-1 Cat.5Estandard. T568A and T568B color code are printed both on the PCB and IDC surface to give a correct guide when a engineer punch the cables. Ftting for horizontal distribution in the equipments room and equipments connecting.

4. Connecting: RJ45 port for Cat.5E FTP patch cord and IDC for horizontal distribution calbes.

Technique Characteristics:

1. Entire steel outer frame, with plastic powder cladding (nonelectric part ) and zincification cladding (shielding parts ).

2. RJ45 jack frame material: PBT frame with 50U golden plated phosphor bronze pins; Shielding shell of the RJ45 jack: Brass housing with nickel-plated. IDC clip: Tinned phosphor bronze pins.

3. Fitting for 22AWG/23AWG/24AWG cables, punching duration: 250 times. Inserting 
duration: 750 times.

4. Cabling sequence: T568A & B

5. Punching tools: standard LSA tool.

6. Testing condition of transmitting capability: 100MHz.
