High Temp Insulation Fiber Board provides a rigid solution for ceramic fiber insulation. The boards are manufactured through a wet forming process using alumina-silica fibers and binders. Standard board grades are standard, high purity, and zirconia. Boards are available in a variety of temperature ratings, dimensions, and custom vacuum formed shapes. High Temp Insulation Fiber Board is the best solution for your high temperature insulation. The mixture of refractory fibers and binders, which have low organic content is vacuum processed into high temperature ceramic fiber board that imparts good mechanical strength even after heating. Ceramic Board is a refractory board which has low thermal conductivity and high tensile strength and excellent resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack. Upon initial use at specific temperature the organic binder burns and turns the board to brownish giving slight odor. Once the binder is burnt out it will be pure white and odorless.
