Automatic tube ultra high temperature instantaneous sterilization system in a completely closed system of continuous instantaneous rapid heat treatment, the product flavor, nutritional composition, and to prevent the product of the two pollution. Products from the closed type balance can pump into the filling temperature, and can be directly connected with any filling machine, filling outlet temperature of the cooling water as the medium, temperature control precision.

(5) UHT sterilization system for the sterile type, to prevent accidental fluctuations in the external conditions caused by the product of the two pollution, and thus to ensure the full set of production line of stable operation
The equipment adopts the international advanced computer program control technology, to control the whole production, monitor the system works under aseptic condition strictly. If work overtime, it will start the sterilizing procedure automatically, to start sterilizing of equipment again, and then turn to production status to go on with production.
There's CIP cleaning system on the machine to make automatic cleaning.
