Description
High Pressure Dispensing Valve Spring Seal

The sealing ring is installed in the groove, the tension spring is pressed to form the outward tension, and the Hunan pan-plug seals to promote the sealing lip to adhere to the sealing groove. The tension spring supplies the elastic force to the sealing lip, which can compensate the sealing shell wear and fit. The partial pain of the part thus constitutes a seal from vacuum to low pressure. Other system pressures will assist the spring storage, and the plug seals the size of the seal ring. The greater the pressure, the more the seal lip fits the groove, thus forming a high pressure seal.

It is designed to dispense low to high viscosity gels from small to microliters to large continuous strips. The special feature of the design is that the spring-loaded fluoropolymer needle fill compensates for wear, which greatly reduces downtime. Since the needle closing device is located at the end of the dispensing valve, substantially no colloid remains in the valve body. The crisp colloidal cutting action results in a clean, smooth colloidal section.
The gel flow rate through the DV-09 valve depends on the opening time of the dispensing valve, the colloid pressure, the flow control adjustment, the dispensing line port diameter, and the colloidal viscosity.

Characteristics:
• Ideal for low viscosity liquid seals or very fine line dispensing
• The needle closure provides a straight shape at the end of the dispensing line
• Adjustable gel control
• Low maintenance costs
• Quick response
• No glue residue
• Actively shut down
• The number of dispensing speeds per minute exceeds 500 points
• Suitable for all Nordson ASYMTEK dispensing systems

Applicable colloid:
• UV curing adhesive
• Silicone oil
• Flux
• Ink
• Coagulant
• Solvent

• mercury
