1. General Instruction This equipment is a machine with 2 GSM modules, a telephone interface, support presetting 10000 calling task & automatic to run calling task as timer setting, play IVR automatically, and call in.Automatic response according to the process while the call is connecting. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of voice advertising and marketing sale .
2. Main features 1) Dot matrix LCD monitor; 2) Call in & Call out control route; 3) DC 12V external power supply, or 5V Power Bank; 4) 2 GSM chips will call by turns, support remote control; 5) 1 button used for Start / Pause the calling task or check the task status; 6) Can store up to 10000 calling task's phone number and record of 1000 calling in number; 7) Support maximum storage 32G Micro SD card to save record files, support mp3 & wav format; 8) 1 RJ-11 phone jack, using for connecting with desktop phone as local control or normal calling;
9) 2 USB Jacks, one used for transfering record files as an U Disk, the other is used for connecting with the controlling software which installed in PC.

Figure 4-2 Status As Figure 4-2 show, select the correct COM port and click "Connect" button, then in the state of the page you can see the equipment work's status. Click "new" button , import number file , the call task appears telephone number that save in number file. Click "start" to execute the calling task.
Figure 4-3 Configure page From Configure page, user can set the GSM volume, microphone sensitivity, automatic call enable, automatic dialing interval, waiting time, maximum talk time, task start time, task time period control, administrator phone number, call completion SMS pent to the administrator, the content of the SMS.
Figure 4-4 Call out IVR E.G.: In Figure 4-4 Call out IVR , Event 1 means : when the phone call connected and in the other end of the call input a key 3 number , then will send the Content of SMS to the phone you call. Event 2 means: when the phone call connected, after 10 secs, device will goto IVR1 process.
