Yes, usually we provide samples for free. Only charges the customized sample in special cases.
2. What about the LEAD TIME?
Sample can be ready within 3 working days
Bulk orders for standard models: 5-25 working days
OEM or ODM orders: depend on final quantity and specifications.
3. Do you accept OEM or ODM?
Yes, please feel free to contact our sales for further details.
4. What about the PACKING?
Single package in paper box→export carton box Other customized packages, like wooden package can be
required if you need.
5. How can I make PAYMENT?
T/T bank transfer is also acceptable for USD and CNY currency.
6. What about SHIPMENT?
Usually will be Air/Sea transportation, door to door express service is available for small packages.
7. What about the WARRANTY?
12 months for product, but our after service is always effective as long as customer needs.
