High precision water tank made from specify steel material , high Wear resistance and good sliding properties.Automatically
control water temperature and water level

 

5.the first pre-heating unit

Made up of 5 pre-heating rollers driven by gear,the oil temperature controller is equipped for controlling rollers 
temperature. Gear driving,driving stable,low noise.

6. Special designed Heating oven

heating oven is used for stretching heating, it has a feature of heating fast,designed for Special strong tensile 
strength requirement

7.Improved Second stretching unit

Consist of motor, reducer, 5 hauling steel roller and driving gear. The oil temperature controller with digital 
display control meter is equipped for controlling rollers temperature. Inverter is used for controlling speed

8.Fully automatic winding machine
