Q1: How can I get more information about your product?
A1: You can send us an email or ask our online representatives and we can send you the latest catalog and price list.

Q2: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A2: Yes,we can do OEM and ODM, depends on customer's requirement.

Q3: Can you help us produce our own design styles?
A3: Yes,we can make your own design as your requirement, it need around 45 days to make samples. And detail cost as actual
situation.

Q4: What is the MOQ of your company?
A4: MOQ for the frame and the lens:(1) In our logo BE NICE ,100 pc per color and and 500 pieces per model
(2) In clients logo ,1000 pcs per model and 200 pcs per color.

Q5: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
A5: (1) We can provide samples and you can choose 1 pcs or more, and then we make the quality according to that.
(2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.

Q6: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A6: Take photos of the problems and send to us. After we confirm the problems, we will make a satisfied solution for you within 2 days.

Q7: How to pack products?
A7: Usually 1pc/poly bag,10pcs/inner box,50pcs Or 60pcs/outer carton.

Q8: What's your payment term?
A8: FOB price. And 30% deposit and pay the balance before shipment.
