2. Carbon black usage
As the waste tire carbon black there are ash inside so this quality is not so good. Until now our technology can use some ways to make the carbon black to briquette, which can be sold as the industry coal.

4. The waste gas(CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10 and H2)
As these gas can not be cooled under the normal pressure,besides they are all combustible gas, which is dangerous to storage.after it produce we let the gas back to the combustion system to burn as energy. This will safe and save your fuel cost.

3.Work flow
loading plastic into reactor
heating reactor
after heating , solid plastic converted to oil gas
oil gas go into oil-gas separator ,heavy oil deposit and go to heavy oil tank, light oil gas go to cooling system
after cooling ,light oil gas change to liquid oil and go into light oil tank
non-liquid oil gas will to water sealing tank, then back to combustor burning to heat reactor as fuel
smoke produced by heating reactor will go to dedust system, after dedust system treatment , smoke change to white clean waster steam ,then go to sky through chimney.

1.Safety
The security system is composed of two water seals, pressure sensors, temperature sensors and safety valves ,
Vacuum system make sure no oxygen in the system.
Auto Alarming system will work in case any chance of accident
2. Energysaving
1.) Flame path is designed as spiral so that quantity of heat can be fully used.
2.)Tail gas recycle use by the reactor
3).Negative pressure system speed up the reaction velocity,shorten heating time.
3. Environmental protection
1.)waste gas
Flammable gas can be recycle used by the reactor.
2.)waste water
which can use waste disposal equipment to recycling used by strong spray
tower.
3) Bad smell: there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil
4).Waste smoke.We have 3 level smoke disposal system.
