LOW FORMALDEHYDE NON-IRON FINISHING RESIN RG-220A Main Ingredient: Modified DMeDHEU Physical and Chemical Indicators: Appearance:Clear and light yellow solution Ionicity:Nonionic Density: 1.14-1.16g/cm3 (at 20ºC) PH Value:4.0-6.0 Effective content: 50-53% Solid content:40-45% Reactivity: Good Performance characteristics and Application: Cross-linking agent of textile wash and wear non-iron finishing, mainly applied in resin finishing of cotton, viscose and its blended woven fabric or knitted fabric. Or can applied in embossing, lightning, calendering and bubbling. Also can be applied in shrink water finishing on full cotton and blended. Fabric finished by this product has a good non-iron property, very high hydrophytic ability, very good chlorine- resistance, durable for water cleaning and dry washing, with good hand feeling. Free formaldehyde of RG-220B is very less. Textile finished by this product can comply with the requirement of "K-Tex standard 100" Tested according Law112, free formaldehyde content is less than 150ppm.
Application Method:
Firstly adjust the PH value of the require finishing fabric to
PH value<6.5, and shouldn't deflect to alkali.
Suggest the following recipe added to 2g/l of penetratingagent,
Adjust the PH value to < 4.0-4.5 by citric acid / aceticacid.

Make Magnesium chloride as catalyzer is most suitable for kinds
of fabrics. Dosage of catalyzer:amount to 15% of low formaldehyde resin, but not less than 8g/L ( number base on MgCl2·6H2O crystal).
Fabric after prebaked should baking under high temperature on the condition of 150ºC, 2-3 minutes or 170-175ºC, 60-30 seconds.
Reference recipe: 1.Shirt fabric(full cotton woven fabric): 50-70 g/L RG-220A 8-10 g/L catalyzer 0.6-1.1 g/L citric acid 1-3 g/L Penetrating agent RG-JFC 20-30 g/L Strength protection improver RG-YL25 10-30 g/L Softener RG-QD30 mangle expression:about 70% Prebaking:baking to remained moisture content is about 5-8%. Baking: 150ºC,3 minutes, or 170ºC, 45 seconds.
2. viscose fabric (Artificial cotton shirt fabric): 100-150 g/L RG-220A 10-15 g/L catalyzer 0.6-1.1 g/L citric acid 1-3 g/L Penetrating agent RG-JFC 20-30 g/L strength protection improver RG-YL25 10-20 g/L softener RG-QD30 mangle expression:about 80-90% Prebaking:baking to remained moisture content is about 5-8%. Baking:170-175ºC , about 45-60 seconds.
4.Trousering fabric ( full cotton khaki, prebaking technology) 70-100 g/L RG-220A 10-15 g/L catalyzer 0.6-1.1 g/L citric acid 1-3 g/L Penetrating agent RG-JFC 20-30 g/L strength protection improver RG-YL25 10-20 g/L softener RG-QD30 mangle expression:about 70% Stoving: to remained moisture content is about 10% Baking: 150ºC, 6-10 minutes ( adjust to equipment conditions)

Before use this product, fabric should be natural meta-acid, and
Has good permeability.
Fabric treated by this product can don't need after-wash process,
But after wash process can help to remove the residual reactant of the surface, to make the fabric hand feeling be better.

production.
Package and Storage: Package: 50kg or 130kg plastic drum. Avoid exposure to the sunlight frozen, in a cool, ventilated place. Storage at room temperature,guarantee period is one year. If stored in a higher temperature, the appearance would the trend of yellow, but will not affect the product effective and usage. It should be used up once opened the drum. If didn't use up, then must seal it. In rare cases, this product maybe there is small amount of crystal separated out. But if increase the temperature or add water and stir, the crystal can be dissolved.
