2- Also the extruder is widely used for feeding rubber on steal cord calendaring line, feeding rubber for radial tire's airtight seal.
3- The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoAlA high-quality steel,
the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the hardness HRC is 60-65.
4- Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good. The direct current motor is applied to infinite speed variation in transmission agent. Reduction is a hard tooth face cylinder gearwheel reducer.
The transmission is stable and reliable. The agent has small volume and low noise.
5- Temperature control system:
The extruder uses the technology of room temperature feeding. Its advantages are high quality, high yield ability, high efficiency and energy conservation.
