(1) Newly developed online precise cutting technology, one-time cutting online, no need the second time cutting, cutting precision within 0.5mm, cut end neat, chipless, higher efficiency;

(2) Special screw for PC material, perfect plastication effect, to ensure the finished products without crystalized dot, without pulling mark, without vibration mark, with high light transmittance, and high transparency.

1. The machine is used to produce various T5, T8 LED PC tube, PC profile, PC lamp chimney, transparent LED lampshade, single color or double color led lampshade etc;

1.  Single screw extruder machine:


(1) Screw model: YJ45, YJ50, YJ55, YJ65 available for option; L/D: 28:1; 

Separated type screw is adopted as it is especially suitable for transparent material mixing diffuser material for production, so as to lower down raw materials cost largely. 

(2) Siemens motor drive, with enough motive power and quite stable in running; Temperature control meter: intelligent type; the precision could reach +/-1 degree; 


2. Extruding die: 


Special S136H mirror surface steel for dies, the surface of the extruding dies is mirror polished.


3. 3D calibration tank: 


Stainless steel tank;
3D adjusting machine frame, with10-way vacuum, 10-way cooling water;
vacuum pump fixed outside;
the whole machine is compact and strong without vibration.

Length: 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m for option;

Vacuum pressure: 0.01~0.08MPA, adjustable;
Vacuum pump power 1.5KW;
Vacuum is stable and silent.  


4. Belt type tractor machine:


Open-close, up-down adjusting;
belt workable length 1meter,constant stable tractor;
high wear-resistant foamed surface PU multi-wedge belt;
high precision frequency conversion controller;
tractor speed 0-15m/minute stepless adjustable.
Single motor or double motor available for option;
Power: 1.5~3KW. 





5. Automatic online precise cutter with collection stand:

Q1: What is your guarantee of the machine? 
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months; 

Q2: What package do you use for the machine? 
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container in nude packing. 

We place and fix the machines well into container and check carefully before closing the container
so as to ensure everything is well for the shipment. We care each and every point so that our clients could receive the machines in good status.    

Q3: What is delivery time of the machine? 
A3: About 45 working days; 

Q4: What is your payment terms? 
A4:  30% advance payment by T/T upon order, balance 70% by T/T before shipment OR by L/C; 

Q5: Which countries do you sell your machines to? 
A5: Our plastic extrusion machines were sold to Russia, Ukraine, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Canada, USA etc countries.
