J517 type cantilever centrifugal casting machine is horizontal cantilever structure. The equipment consists of main machine, hydraulic ejector mechanism, electrical control system, mold water cooling device, safety shield and other parts. It can be widely used for the production of large diameter sleeve and cylinder castings.
Performance characteristics
The main machine consists of base, turntable, speed control motor, bearing housing, spindle, transmission mechanism, ejector, etc.
The main machine is the core part of the cantilever centrifugal casting machine, which completes the rotating action of the turntable and realizes the centrifugal pouring of castings. The mold is mounted on the turntable and the spindle speed can be steplessly adjusted to meet the technological requirements of different diameter castings.
The hydraulic ejector mechanism includes hydraulic station, ejector cylinder and ejector rod. The ejector cylinder pushes the ejector rod in the middle of the spindle to eject the casting.
The cooling water system includes spindle bearing water cooling, mold and casting cooling, etc. The cooling water of mold and casting is recovered from the cooling water tank to improve the working environment of the main machine.
The rotation of the mold turntable is powered by AC frequency-controlled motor. The AC variable frequency speed control is stable and has a wide range of speed regulation, which can adapt to the production process requirements of different castings.
The electrical control system consists of PLC, touch screen, frequency controller, control cabinet, low-voltage electrical components, buttons, indicators, etc.
Equipped with safety shield to ensure the safety of operators.
