Main equipment of powder coating line:

Pretreatment System	Spraying pretreatment; submersible processing; dip tank; shot blasting; cylinder cleaning;  sandblasting, etc.
Drying Oven	Drying oven: dry the water after pre-treatment.  Heating source: electricity, gas, diesel oil, pellet bio fuel are all available for the heating energy.
Fast Automatic Color Change Equipment	1. Filter element recovery unit; 2. Fast color change recovery system(Recovery rate as high as 99.2%,ensure no dust spillover.)
Powder Coating Booth	Material: PP; PVC Automation: manual powder coating booth; semi-auto powder coating booth; full automatic powder coating booth

Pretreatment

With large cyclone fast color change system, our powder coating spray booth can achieve color changing within
10mins, powder recovery rate is up to 99.2%, to ensure that there is no powder spillover outside the powder spray booth.

Designed with cylinders, our filter element recovery unit powder coating spray booth is much more convenient
for customers to quickly disassemble and change color, and improves work efficiency. 

Our company's curing oven insulation boards are all plug-in boards, seamless docking, heat bridge transfer
