ND filters include absorptive and reflective filters,which are used in attenuating lasers and other optical signals. Absorptive filters minimize back reflections, which can be reduced further by adding an antireflection coating to the filter. reflective filters are available with either a BK7 or UV Fused Silica substrate. Our filter reflective neutral density (ND) filters are spectrally flat from 250 to 700nm and feature outstanding parallelism and surface characteristics. This combination of high tolerance and broadband performance makes these filters ideal for attenuating a wide range of sources. The filters are suitable for low power laser applications and can be stacked to obtain a variety of optical densities. Orient mirrored side toward source at 0° angle of incidence. Optical Densities of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 available in a Pre-Loaded Filter Wheel.
