Features and Application
 
High fructose corn syrup is a kind of starch sugar which is sweet, colorless and odorless. It has good fluidity at room temperature. As a substitute of sucrose, high fructose corn syrup contains silimar sweetness as sucrose, but has more applications. It is widely used not only in food, canned fruit, jam, dairy products, beverage, tobacco, cold drink, fruit juice, preserved fruit and wines, but also in heath food, household seasonings and chemicals. High fructose corn syrup can partially or totally take place sucrose in beverage production or food processing.
