4.1 Hydraulic up and intent type place rack
Reels are cantilever type structure, top opening coil type, configure a auxiliary hydraulic feed roller device.

4.3 Wedding and cutting device

4.6.2 Screw down device:hydraulic pressure AGC(hydraulic screw down)

4.9.3 High voltage AGC hydraulic station
▪ System pressure is 21MPa
▪ The system having two sets imported constant pressure variation pump ( save energy and calorific value is small ) and two sets motor from Wannan province (a device equipped with a worker). Each output of pump equipped with an one-way valve which through the pressure oil filter and connecting accumulator then supply oil to the screw-down cylinder on the base. In order to prevent the pump overload, there is a safety electromagnetic relief valve at the outlet used as over pressure protection. In the mean while, this valve can achieve no-load pump start, stop and system unload. Return oil flow back to oil tank through the oil filter tank.
▪ The station also equipped with screwdown cylinder return to the pump unit, connecting accumulator and providing back pressure oil source to screwdown cylinder, the back pressure is 3MPa.
▪ Independent circulation and cooling (plate-type) are guaranteed the clearness and temperature of system oil, and systems reliability.
▪ Hydraulic composed of oil cooler, accumulator, liquid lever thermometer, electric contact thermometer, liquid lever control relays, air cleaner, oil breather filters, oil return filter, high pressure oil filter and other such as hydraulic accessories.
▪ Fuel tank and hydraulic pipe all be made of stainless steel, also independent cyclical filtering cooler are set in to make oil loop, filtering and cool. A variety of storage and buffering device ensured the response speed of system and decreased the vibration. High integrated design reduced the quantity of pipeline and valves, maximum avoid the leakage. High cleanness(NAS7 level) , excellent stability of pressure and dynamic characteristics ensured total AGC control system had a higher response speed and control precision.

4.13.1 Host control cabinet driver used siemens-6RA80 series DC expansion of governor, suitable for 550KW 380V drive motor of main rolling mill direct current motor,control accuracy can reach 0.1%;flux - weakening control can be achieved, so as to increase the motor speed by 2-3 times. (depending on the motor parameter);equipped with universal circuit, imput choke, expansion of SCR, quick-fuse protection.
4.13.2 Coiling control cabinet driver used siemens-6RA80 series DC xpansion of governor, suitable for 250KW 380V DC motor, control accuracy can reach 0.1%, flux - weakening control can be achieved, so as to increase the motor speed by 2-3 times.(depending on the motor parameter), equipped with universal circuit, imput choke, expansion of SCR, quick-fuse protection, armature ammeter indication, Fault indicator and reset buttons.
4.13.3 Operation box and general operational desk including the following terms.
a. Main machine and coiling machine all be equipped emergency buttons such as single action, interaction, pros and cons impact, continuous positive and negative operation, general breaker, branch breaker button and so on.
b. Withing the host speed knob, collecting, discharge and tension button.
c. The meters separately indicates host rotational speed, host currents, welding tension etc.
d. Each hydraulic action be controlled by knob.
e. Pressing down the button.
5.Responsibilities to both side
Responsibilities scope of acquirer:
1. Responsible for providing power to equipment electric control cabinet within 0.3 meters, providing also all wire cables, line slot and hydraulic pipe runs that needed in installation.
2. Responsible for lifting equipment to the installation location and providing necessary material in debugging including lifting device(50T), steel wire ropes(50T), welding device, water, electricity, lubricating oil, lubrication grease, hydraulic oil, technology lubricate, gear oil and so on.
3. Responsible for making of process lubrication system and circulating water system. (the supplier provide the technical requirements);
4. Responsible for equipment concrete foundation engineering, that including set embedded steel plate, shim steel and wedge steel used during installing, railway, foundation bolt, second-grouting, preserve pipeline groove and slot cover (construction on the basis of the drawing);
5. Arranging members cooperate with technicians from our side including machine installation and debugging, production line installation and lathe testing etc.
6. Provide basic accommodation to debugging personnel.
Responsible scope of the supplier:- Foundation drawing will be provide within 45 days after the contract is signed. (any dissent, please writing to supplier within 7 days after received the drawing, the drawing will be regard to have confirmed by customer if there is not any written dissent.
- Providing range of wearing parts and quantity that be equipped to the machine, manufacturer information and so on.
3. Providing operating instructions of rolling mill, wearing parts list and electrical schematic diagram etc.
4. Sending technician make the installation guidance and device testing after the machine arrived at acquirer's scene.
