The standard entry door is constructed by 6"x 2" jamb, 6" x 2"door style and 5/8" x 5/8" scrollwork. Jamb and scrollwork in other dimensions will also be available if you request.

* Hardware: To support the heavy iron doors, we will assemble the ball-bearing hinges for holding the door panel and jamb. Besides, the lock hole and threshold will be prepared, flush bolt and glass latches will be assembled. However, If you required, our doors will be installed with the handles and locksets at extra charge.

A: All of our products are packed as following steps.
We use an Iron Pallet instead of a wooden pallet, stronger and more stable.
Step 1. Corners are protected by cardboard to avoid collision damage;
Step 2. Frames are wrapped with protective tapes to avoid scratching;
Step 3. Fix windows and doors on iron pallets by metal fixed strip;
Step 4. Reinforce windows & doors with plastic belts;
Step 5. PE films cover to keep the moisture away;
Step 6. Tie up iron pallets in the container with durable plastic belts;
Step 7. Fill the space between pallets with airbags to insure the stable.

Q1: What is the delivery time?  

Material Size	wrought iron door made of 14 gauge steel with Iron scrollwork by 0.63 " (16 mm)  solid iron. All iron construction is to make sure your entry door is strong and durable to stand the test of time.
Glass Window	Each entry door includes doublepanel insulated glass window that open independently. This feature allows for ventilation, easy access for cleaning, and the safety to keep the visitor outside who the homeowner is talking to.
Iron Door  P rocess	M aterial selected and cut---Assemble  and Welding ---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Primer paint - --Hand f l uxing with baked on satin overcoat to protect finish - Face paint.
