Ceramic fiber blanket contains no organic binders which guarantee the stability and constructability of the ceramic fiber blanket at both high temperature and low temperature.It is made of high quality ceramic fiber spun bulk by using double inside needling methods which improve the tensile strength and the flatness of the ceramic fiber blanket.
1260°C Blanket is a high pure, light weight double needle flexible blanket with Characteristics of high tensile strength, resistance to gas flow velocity, refractory insulation and so on, which is widely used in hot and cold face thermal insulation. Variety of Standard can meet with acquirement!
1350 and 1430°C double needle ceramic fiber blanket is produced by high pure alumina, silica and Zircon sand, with the characteristics of low shrinkage, which is widely used in Chemical, metallurgy, ceramics, machinery and other industries for thermal heat equipment.

A1 : For each production processing,we have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.

A3 : Yes, free samples are available, generally speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
