1 Thermal Reflectance:
The thermal reflectivity of aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheet. People often use it as heat insulation material.
2 Heat Resistance:
Al-Zn alloy steel plate has good heat resistance and can withstand the high temperature of more than 300 ºC. It is often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and fluorescent lampshades.
3 Corrosion Resistance:
The corrosion resistance of aluminum-coated zinc steel coil is mainly due to the protection function of aluminum. When zinc is worn, aluminum will form a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent corrosion resistant substances from further corroding the interior.
4 Economy
Because the density of 55% AL-Zn is smaller than that of Zn, the area of aluminum-zinc steel plate is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel plate with the same weight and the same thickness of gold-plated layer.
5 Easy to paint
There is excellent adhesion between aluminized zinc plate and paint, and it can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment.
