stator and simultaneously increase the slot filling rate of winding, the stator core of the stator segment

 

core block becomes a necessary process for almost all brushless EPS motor manufacturers.

The stator of the motor manufactured by the segment-type process has excellent consistency and product

 

accuracy. In the actual mass production applications, the roundness of the inner circle can be controlled

inductance balance of each winding of the motor are controlled to an excellent level. The high quality of

 

the stator determines the EPS motor's excellent performance in terms of response time, as well as

 

cogging torque and torque ripple. The segment stator technology is becoming the mainstream of high-
