Our Shopping cart & Shopping trolley, Cargo trolley, roll container, Storage cage, Wire baket was made from high quality bright steel tube and wire, welded firmly by Robot, both zinc plated plus powder coated, which lasts for long time with good anti-rust ability and loading capacity
Our Main clients include: Wal-mart, Metro, Carrefour, Tesco, Bauhaus, Apli, Coles, Spar, Tesco, Makro, union Coop, Cosmo
We have a strictly quality control and nice design, especially the soft and quiet wheel were moved easy and stable. Absolutely suit for all kinds of floor in supermarkets and store, by the way, escalator/travelator wheel with 2 discs or 3 discs both are available
Surface paint color and plastic accessories could be customized according to request. Advertising Handle logo printing & coin lock system could be fixed by free.
We have developed the Plastic shopping trolley with 180litre, 150litres, and 100litres, basket was made by one-step forming, it was strong structure and could load more than 340kgs, we have supplied this products to "BAUHAUS" about many hundred thousand Ea per year for several years.

---Mild steel Q235, Q195
2, How is the goods being packed?
---Plastic banding + Stretch film wrapped, palletized for easy loading and unloading with standard forklift truck or pallet jack.
3, What is the payment terms I can get?
---TT or L/C at sight, DP etc
4, What kind of finish do you provide for your goods?
---Electro galvanized, hot dip galanized, painting or powder coating is available.
5, What is the loading capacity?
--- In general, we have light duty(100~300kg) model, medium duty(400~800kg) model and heavy duty(1000~1700kg) model available for your choice.
6, I have no much experience on the logisitcs products, any recommendation?
---You could either choose from our hundreds of standard products or provide relevant information so we could design for you.
7, Which product can be used in cold storage?
---Mobile rack, wire container and roll cage are all widely used in cold storage.
8, I like your design, but couldnt find the right model from the products list, is custom size available?
---Yes, we do custom products and projects.
9, I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
---Yes, we can go with your custom design, no matter small or big qty, however, pls understand the cost will be different.
10, I don' have drawing or picture available for th custom products, could you design it for me?
---Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details - such as a) dimension b) loading capacity c)stackability d)operation environment e)what kind of stuff will be loaded in etc
11, What is the minimum quantity I can order?
---1x20'GP - qty is variable depend on the size.
12, What is your average production lead time?
---2-3 weeks against formal order and deposit.
13, Do I get any guarantee from your company?
---3~10 years warranty in case that
A) Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking/un-stacking
B) Overloading is prohibited
C) Environment request -indoor, dry and not humid circumstance, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material (for zn plated and powder coated proucts, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)
14, What happen in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
