Working Principle of Holtop Crossflow Plate Fin Total Heat Exchangers (E.R. Paper for enthalpy exchange core

 
The flat plates and the corrugated plates form channels for fresh or exhaust air stream.

When the two air steams passing through the exchanger crossly with temperature difference, the energy is recovered.



 		 


FEATURES OF Air to Air Plate Heat Exchanger

1)  Made of E.R. paper, which is featured by high moisture permeability,
  good air tightness, excellent tear resistance, and aging resistance.  
2) Heat Recovery Type: Enthalpy Recovery
3) Structured with flat plates and corrugated plates.
4) Two air streams flow crossly.
5) Suitable for room ventilation system and industrial ventilation system.
6) Heat recovery efficiency up to 85%
7) Enthalpy recovery efficiency up to 76%
8) Effective air exchange rate over 98%
9) Flame retardant and midew resistance

Direct air to air energy exchange.
Ideal for both residential and commercial application.
Suitable for airflow 300-60000m3/h.

Installed in Air Handling Unit or Heat Recovery Unit
Holtop plate heat exchanger can be used in Heat Recovery Units, and AHUs as a main part of the heat recovery section, and the bypass can be built in when required.
