1. What kind of guarantee can you give?
Warranty period for Orca Hypalon is five years, for PVC is three years and for accessories is one year.
2. How should I store my water raft after use?
Store your water raft in a dry place away from direct exposure to hot sunlight or cold conditions. After use, deflated and rolled into the carry bag, it can be stored in any small space such as a closet or garage. Remember to make sure it is complete clean and dry before packed.
3. Is it possible to order a sample?
Yes. Sample order is accepted.
