TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM:
Equipped with high speed auto dedicated feeder, both paper lifting and feeding nozzle can freely adjust angle to the paper, to ensure that whether thick or thin paper can be delivered rapidly and smoothly.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
Designed in the accordance with European CE requirement, ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information, such as warning, error detect, failures, and operating speed, etc on the screen at a glance.
PRE-STACK PART:
Pre-stack pile of paper under the condition of non-stop, improve efficiency. The special design of the pre stack paper frame, save time and effort.
TRANSMISSION:
With imported double teeth belt drive and Switzerland ROSTA tension device ensure the drive accurate, stable and low noisy.
POSITIONING SYSTEM:
The use of multiple sets of photoelectric sensor at bottom sheets relative position, control top sheets on both sides of the servo motor to do independent compensation action, so that accurate positioning of top paper and the bottom paper.
GLUE ROLLER:
Stainless steel roller,never rust, after narrowly grinding, guaranteed the minimum amountglue coated evenly. Down roller be cleaned by water roller.

Product descriptionThe paper can be laminated with paperboard to increase the strength and thickness of the material or special effects. After the die-cutting, it can be used for packaging boxes, billboards and other purposes.The automatic pile turner machine is an accessory product of the Flute Laminating Machine, and includes a feeding table, a turning table and a paper receiving table which are sequentially assembled. Wherein, the receiving table is connected with the pick-up unit, and the paper count is stacked into a counting pile and sent into the turning table. The counting paper stack is turned over once and not turned to the top of the turning table by using the turning mechanism in the turning table. Then, the push mechanism is fed into the top of the receiving table, and after the whole paper is finished, the paper is dropped onto the pallet of the receiving table. In this way, the paper is fully automated for paper counting, paper turning, and paper stacking, and has the effect of flattening and affixing the paper, greatly reducing manpower requirements, and effectively improving the paper-receiving efficiency.
