Anti-Migrating pretreatment Agent RG-SDV for Textile printing
Main ingredients: Non-surface active acrylic copolymer Index: Appearance: Light yellow to light brown transparent sticky liquid Ioncidity: Anionic/Nonionic P H: 6.0~7.2 Solid content: 23~25% Boiling point: ≈100ºC Solubility: Soluble in cold and hot water, but need strongly stirring. Compatibility: Compatible with all anionic and nonionic wetting agent and dispersing agent. Property and application: 1)It's a environment-friendly product, meet EU standard 2)It's a non-surface active, so will not produce foam. 3)It could improve mangle stability even in hard water. 4) In bad dyeing condition, using this product on thin fabrics could effectively prevent barriness and realize good leveling and also get a color-increasing performance. It can improve the amount of color and color brightness in textile printing , and improve the sharpness of printing contour.
It can prevent the dye particle which pad in fabrics migrating during dying process, so it can guarantee the uniform appearance of dyeing, prevent the color difference in the side and the color difference on both sides, and improve the evenness.
6)It's easy to wash, it will not affect dye chromophoric or color fixing. 7)Don't pollute hot guild roller, so when change the color, only use leaer cloth pass the roller then could clear it. It can increase service life of mangle. Application: 1)VAT dyes for cellulose fabrics Process: Padding-Steaming, or padding-jig dyeing 2)Dispersion/VAT dyeing on Polyester/cellulose fabrics or disperse/reactive dyeing Process: Padding-hot melt- steam 3)Disperse dyeing of polyester woven fabric Process: Padding- hot melt pH of mangle: 5~10 Dosage: 5~15g/L Exact dosage according to the fabric's structure and fiber. The more of chemical fiber content, the more dosage. The thinner and more fluffy of fabric, the more of dosage. For blended dying for medium thickness TC, use 7.5g/L. Mangle preparing: Dilute dissolve it with warm water by 1:10~20 ratio, then add other auxiliaries or dyes, then filtration. Packing and storage: 160KG/plastic drum. Avoid insolation and frozen. Shelf life is 12 months in room temperature.
