RS-C CASTING STRUCTURE RAM BOP
RS-CS CASTING STRUCTRE WITH SHEAR FUNCTION RAM BOPThe main pressure-containing parts, such as body, bonnet, etc,. are using high-strength and high toughness alloy steel material. Allo of the parts are shape casting and followed by proper heat treatment.
The bonnet is connected to the body by hinge which can be opened manually to replace the ram assembly. There are several alsots at the ram chamber botom of the body which can remove the mud and sand automatically during rams opening and closing, reduce the ram movement friction, and also improve the ram self-sealing.
The special designed floating ram sealing structure can reduce the resistance during the ram opening and closing, extend the ram duration time by redcuing the packer wear, pervent rust between the body and ram, and can be dismantled easily.

RS-FS FORGING STRUCTURE WITH SHEAR FUNCTION RAM BOPThe material of main pressure-containing parts, such as body, bonnet, etc., are high-strength and high-toughness alloy steel which is processed and smelted under strict control to remove harmful compositions and non-metallic impurities through secondary refining and proper heat treatment, to ensure the quality of the BOP.
The ram chamber of the body is overal shaped in orde rto reduce the stree concentration.
The opening and closign of the bonnets and ram are operated through the BOP hydraulic control unit, the bonnet opening and closing can be the same operation, while the bonnet closing and ram opening can also be operated at the same time.
The ram assembly design is also oval shaped, same as the body ram chamber.

RS-D Annuar BOP using sphercial packing element.
RS-A Annuar BOP using the conical packing element, its upper housing and body are connected by radial latch for easy load and unload.
Annuar BOP consists of the body, upper housing, dust-proof ring, pistion and packing element etc. It can seal all sizes of kelly, drill pipe, tool joint, drill collar, casing and cable, etc. and it can also completely shut off and seal the wellbore when there isn't any drilling tool in the well hole. This COP, when using accumulators, can allow the 18°/35° non-fine threaded tool joint pass through to carry out snubbing operation.
