Flex honing brushes can be made with or without a thread rod. Please provide thread size requested.
We make the flexible honing brush diameter approx 8%~10% bigger than the bore to be polished to get better polishing effect. Because the nylon wire used in the honing brush part is flexible. And we use woodcore to make quite big diameter hone brushes such as 300mm and more.
We would like to know information of hone diametert D, honing length HL, total length TL, material and grit in your inquiry. We have several type abrasive materials grit from 60# to1000#. Materials available are silicon carbide,aluminum oxide,boron carbide,diamond and ceramic.
