Fruits transported to the factory are transported to the washing and sorting areas by hand, machine or hydraulic transmission, through gutters or conveyor belts.Fruit surface impurities are removed and sorted manually or electronically.In general, fruit pretreatment involves the integration of a series of processes including peeling, cored removal, crushing, slicing, antioxidant treatment and purification, and additional grading and classification.
3)Fruit juice beverage production line - dehydration operation.
The removal of water from the fruit juice may make it a concentrate product.The specific method of dehydration depends on the final product required.The highest quality of the product can be obtained through the dehydration of fresh fruits, color protection and improvement of sensory quality.
Fruit juice beverage production line - sterilization and filling
Fruits are commercially sterile through a closed sterile operating system and then cooled to ambient temperature in a sterile state.Some fruits are refrigerated or stored at ambient temperatures to inhibit chemical spoilage that affects the appearance of the fruit.Finally, aseptic products are delivered to a matching filling machine whose internal containers are filled at preset values and are ready for labeling and storage.
