1.Optical image recognition, adjusting the components on the flying process, identifying the mark Automatically;  mathematical operation model, accurate posting.
2.Three-sector on transmission system, reduce the time for delivering the boards.
3.Digital test pressure, automatically process and alarm when it didn't pick the components successfully.

7.Z axis motor adopts closed loop stepping system ,the main axis adopts Panasonic A5 servo motor. it will greatly improve the working efficiency of the spindle.
