1. Cleaning process: ultrasonic cleaning

When the bubble closes, a shock wave is generated, generating thousands of atmospheric pressure around it, destroying insoluble dirt, and dispersing them in the cleaning In the liquid. Wherever liquid is immersed, the place where cavitation occurs has a cleaning effect, and is not limited by the complex shape of the surface of the cleaning part, such as cavities, grooves, slits and deep holes on the surface of precision parts, and micropores can be cleaned. However, these parts cannot be cleaned by ordinary brushing methods. Ultrasonic cleaning is the best choice to improve cleaning efficiency.
2. Filtration process:
Principle: The circulatory system is composed of a corrosion-resistant southern stainless steel horizontal pump and a filter to form a self-circulation, so that the dirt that is washed off is quickly isolated by the filter cotton core, reducing liquid surface floating. At the same time, it can accelerate the electrolysis of the solution and purify the utilization rate of the solution.

4. Drying process:
Working temperature of drying tank: 20-120 degrees.
