How it works to LDPE Film Bag Plastic film Pelletizing Ganulation Line With Water-ring Cutter:
RCDJ series compacting pelletizing system, it is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles. It could provide the excellent re-pelletizing and recycling solution for film, raffia, filament, woven bag and nonwoven fabric and other consumed / post soft or rigid plastic.RCDJ series rigid pelletizing system could handle all kinds of plastic scraps granulation.Our pellet making machine has a wide application in PE, PP, CPP, BOPP, PS, PPS, EPS, ABS, PA, PLA, PET waste plastic materials recycling field.
The melt which comes out through boreholes on the heated die face is cut off by rotating knives as it exits and centrifugal force pushes the pellets produced outwards in a rotating water ring. This cools the pellets and transports them via a discharge channel to the downstream pellet water separation screen. The pellets are separated from the cooling water at this point. The pellets then pass through the oversize particle separator to the drying centrifuge. The pellets are conveyed using a stream of air through the transport line to the silo or bagging system. The cooling water circulates in a closed circuit and is fed back to the pelletising head through a cooling water filtering system and a heat exchanger using a water pump.The special design of the pelletising cooling system enables the system to operate at relatively high cooling water temperatures of over 20°C. This results in the reduction of cooling water costs.
