        Hi-Tech Heavy Industry Co., Ltd (HTHI) has the engineering design ability of the complete POY production line, which includes (excluding civil engineering design) the professional engineering design from main process, equipment, electrical and instruments to the aided one,  as well as utility design. A full set of technical documents of contracted equipments, ranging from civil engineering design sketch drawings to ordering condition and bill of materials, can be supplied here.

        HTHI also has the ability of taking charge of the equipment running test and debugging, commissioning, assisting users to achieve the evaluation indexes agreed by both parties in the technician appendix, as well as making engineering design plan and implement scheme of engineering construction, and the ability of guiding installation.

  1. Appearance
    Designed by Winder designer and famous university industrial appearance design expert, which is dignified and smooth. Production line composed by HTHI equipment has grand momentum and extremely shock, it can fully display and improve corporate images of users.

        2. Integrated control panel
    The advantages of integrated Winder and control panel is as follow:
  • It can reduce the communication jamming between Winder and control panel. The site communication condition is very complex during production, all kinds of electrical including transformer, inverter, PLC, high voltage and low voltage will be all in working, continuous data and signal communication between equipment and control panel will keep on working all the time, it is very easy to be disturbed. Integrated design can reduce or avoid these disturb to make sure the normal production.
  • It will save the cost of Winder cable. Because of integrated Winder and control panel, customers don't need to invest the cable between Winder and control panel. It is easy to be ignored by customers because this hidden cost is borne by customer not obviously. Actually, the cable specifications between Winder and control panel are many, such as cable for 2 sets BH motor, 1 set CR motor, 1 set TR motor, 1 set change over motor, all the speed sensors, all the location sensors and all the limit switches and so on. If we calculate as 20m distance between Winder and control panel, the rough cost addition will be around USD 410/pos
  • It is easy for Winder maintenance. The integrated Winder and control panel can be maintained anywhere and anytime only with power and air supply, not require to install control panel on maintenance room. For separating control panel, all the spared Winder will not require control panel, only one set control panel installed on maintenance room is enough. Integrated type will increase the cost of manufacturer, but more convenient for customer.
  • It can save the time to replace Winder. External control panel needs plug to connect with equipment by cable, at least 4-6 patchplugs will be needed because of cable specifications and quantity, this will increase the time for Winder replacement. And also, it will increase the circuit fault rate caused by patchplugs.
        3.  High strength structural design to make sure the smoothness of machine running. HTHI Winder CR & TR load bearing beam material is drawn aluminum alloy wire rod, the strength and rigidity are qualitative improved compared with casting aluminum alloy beam. The requirement of Winder load bearing beam strength and rigidity are higher and higher along with the increasing of Winder BH length. Original casting aluminum alloy beam strength and rigidity are low, and unavoidable casting defect such as slag inclusion and shrinkage cavity will also increase the danger of low strength and rigidity, which will cause high vibration, high noise and reduce the machine life, etc.   
   
        4.  Reliable change over success rate. One of remarkable advantages of HTHI Winder is high change over rate. During normal process condition, HTHI Winder change over rate will be no less than 99%, which can greatly reduce the waste yarn to save cost for customer. This is especially highlight for TWINS Winder (2 Winder/pos).

        5.  GR fixed type compact winding system can efficiently reduce yarn tension change caused by vibration during GR removing and get better bobbin formation. We know that during the production, yarn tension will definitely affect the bobbin quality, so the proper and constant yarn tension is essential. Removable GR will have the natural defect that GR cannot be fixed, this will result in yarn tension random fluctuation and impress bobbin formation. Fixed type GR will not face this problem.

        6.  Superior BH material. HTHI Bobbin holder material is special rolling-mill section, other Chinese supplier use standard steel on the market to manufacture bobbin holder. Although our specialized BH increased our cost on material purchasement, the strength and rigidity got huge improvement compared with standard steel.

        7.  Famous parts and components: HTHI always choose quality first supplier and purchase by complete set, we will not choose cheap part to result in quality reduction. Our main suppliers are as follow:

        8.  Convenient DCS system: DCS system was developed by CHTC independently, which has the highlights of quick response and good expansibility compared with traditional WINCC and Kingview software. DCS system combines spinning and winding together and data refresh speed is millisecond class. This system is much better than domestic counterparts on function and user experience, and reached international equal level.

        11. The pusher cylinder adopts the rodless cylinder: as the BH shaft is continuously lengthened, the stroke of the Winder pusher cylinder is also longer and longer, the defects and drawbacks of the double stroke cylinder of the push cylinder are more and more obvious, and the front end cylinder rod is lengthened. If it is too long, the amount of flexural deformation is getting larger and larger, so it often happens that the paper tube cannot be pushed or pushed directly to the end surface of the bobbin to form a device failure or downgrade. Especially when using automatic doffing, in case of failure, manual intervention is required, which particularly affects production efficiency. After adopting the rodless cylinder, the pusher plate is very stable throughout the push stroke without any deformation, which effectively ensures the smooth launch of the bobbin.

        12. The changeover process is smoother and the damage to the bottom yarn is minimized. The new Winder adds two micro-stroke cylinders in the contact roller(CR) long-down device. At the moment of changeover, the micro-stroke cylinder is pushed out, and the CR is slightly lifted, which avoids the switching process being too lifted by the CR. The vibration of the equipment causes the bottom layer to be wound without contacting the CR, thereby protecting the bottom yarn from damage.

        13. More excellent tail yarn quality: In order to make the automatic changeover tailing action more accurate, the tail yarn in place magnetic switch is added to accurately give the tail yarn in place signal. In this way, an accurate tail-out time can be obtained, ensuring that the number of tails can be effectively adjusted regardless of the denier of the yarn. This results in a clearly visible high quality tail yarn.
