1. Glue: PUR hot melt adhesive, EVA glue, PO glue, etc.
2. Plate: suitable for medium density fibreboard, particleboard, fibreboard, steel panel, gypsum panel, HPL,CPL, foam board, acrylic board, honeycomb board and so on.
3. Laminated material: HPL, CPL, PVC, high gloss PVC, veneer, leather, refractory board, etc.
Machine flow chart:
Feeding > > Dust removal > > Plate preheating > > gluing > > oven heating > > Roll bonding > > automatic cut-off PVC (optional).
(1) feeding platform: the feeding table is 50x100 aluminum plate, the feeding roller adopts high-quality steel roller, the length is 1350mm, and the "8" conveyor belt is adopted for transmission, which has the advantages of stable transmission, low jitter, RV63 reducer and motor power 0.75KW.
The feed is made of conveyor belt, and each group of rollers is controlled by frequency converter.
(2) dedusting device: use transverse brush to clean the plate, RV50 reducer, motor power 0.5KW.
(3) preheat the plate with infrared lamp tube to save electricity and gather temperature. one group of lamp tube heating or two groups of lamp tube heating can be selected according to different weather.
4. Glue coating device: using PUR hot melt adhesive device.
