1. Sterilization, Load fresh fruit bunches into sterilizing tank inject direct ste am into sterilization tank inject direct steam into sterilizaton tank to reduce activation of bacterium and enzyme, avoid FFA fom Increasing and Improve crude palm oll qualIty.
2. Convey sterlized FFB(resh fruit bunches) to drum separator, separate EFB( empty fruit bunches) from FFB through rotating, EFB will be sent to pulverize for fertil izer back to orchard
3. Thresh palm fruits through special machine, then send them to press with tin- screw oil press

6. Processed crude palm oil is mainly consist of solid muddy sand, water and oil. Solid parts are separated

Processed sediments is discharged into sewage treatment channel, solids is used to fertilize land, steam boiler is mainly used to supply steam for generating electricity, sterlizing and heating, fuel is fibers and shells separated in palm oil
