2. Function description
Unwinding part
  • Unwinding method: ERBA company adopting shaft-less mechanical cone head chuck, unwinding width is adjusted by rack-type regulating stem, achieving automatic loading by hydraulic lift ang to reduce labor intensity.
  • Web guiding: ERBA companyAdopting imported analog web guiding system, tracking material edge or printed line, with electrical fine tuning function, it allows machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
  • Adjusting device: Unwinding aluminum guiding roller has front and back adjusting devices, make material to the full extent of paralleling with guiding roller in order to ensure the rewinding accuracy and quality.
  • Unwinding tension detection: ERBA company adopt pneumatic brake, pressure sensor detect, electric proportional valve control braking pressure, come true automatic tension control, install rotary encoder detect diameter, come true balance material alarm function.
  • Unwinding control: There are functions like start, stop, speed control and unwinding tension adjusting, synchronize with rewinding part, displaying machine speed, unwinding tension, rewinding tension, rewinding length.
  • Unwinding splicing plate: Humanized slope pneumatic splicing plate is designed to quick splice material and to improve efficiency.

Traction part
  • Traction drive: Traction roller is driven by vector variable frequency motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.
  • Traction roller: Traction roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, no vibration source, fits for wider range material and high-speed application.
  • Traction lay-on roller: Traction lay-on roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction lay-on roller rising and falling, adjustable pressure.
  • Measure length: Built-in encoder detects working length, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.

Slitting part
  • Slitting method: both razor cutter and circular cutter slitting.
  • Razor cutter: Groove roller after oxidation treatment to enhance rigidity and quality, specification is groove width 2mm and groove stem 1mm to fit for more kinds of materials.
  • Circular cutter: Adopt aluminum spacer in surface oxidation treatment to adjust size engraved with the thickness of the label. The size of spacer can be made especially. With 10 sets.
  • Safety protection: install safety protection on slitting part.

Trimming edge part
  • Edge material treatment: Suction device is equipped with guiding tube to successfully suck out the edge material. The edge material exit is located on the right side of the machine. (The direction of the edge material exit can be customized)

Rewinding part
  • Rewinding method: Side-arm type unloading, with 3 inch pneumatic differential slip shaft, by pneumatic system drive automatic radial friction adjustment, offset tension changing caused by rewinding diameter changing, achieving automatic taper control.
  • Rewinding drive: Rewinding is driven by servo motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.
  • Paper tube positioning: Rewinding infrared paper tube positioning, ensure the right position of paper tube, minimize film loss, standard equipment of 8 sets.
  • Back pressure roller: Rewinding contact pressure roller is controlled by air cylinder, contact roller is controlled by precision regulator valve, it is made of rubber and the air pressure can be adjusted according to rewinding requirements.
  • Auxiliary lay-on roller: Eliminate occurring air by its weight during rewinding, ensure rewinding quality of large thickness deviation and multi stripe of narrow film. There are 2 sets of auxiliary lay-on roller on each of rewinding shafts, specification is two 550mm and one 800mm rubber rollers. (The roller length can be customized)
