Ammonia Making Hydrogen Machine (ANH)
Working Principle of Ammonia CrackerAmmonia cracker takes liquid ammonia as the raw material, and a certain flow of ammonia enters the decomposition furnace at a temperature of 800 ºC. Under the action of a catalyst, the reaction is carried out to decompose the ammonia into hydrogen and nitrogen.
This device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, easy to use, low energy consumption, and is particularly suitable for small-scale hydrogen production. Ammonia cracking hydrogen production furnace can be used for bright annealing of metal materials and parts such as nonferrous metals, tungsten and molybdenum, silicon steel, chromium steel, and stainless steel, decarburization treatment of silicon steel sheets, copper-based and iron-based powder metallurgy sintering, hydrogen burning treatment of metal parts of electric vacuum devices, protective sintering and sealing of semiconductor devices, and raw gas for diffusion purification of hydrogen through palladium alloy films.
The raw material ammonia is easy to obtain, with low prices and less raw material consumption. Ammonia cracking to produce shielding gas has the advantages of low investment, small volume, and high efficiency.
Ammonia decomposition equipment's raw material is liquid ammonia, it will produce 75% hydrogen, and 25% nitrogen mixed gas after it vaporization under catalyzation heating and decomposition.
