VTD Image Process Measuring Device for Internal Screw Thread Measurement is a measuring accessory for the purpose of measurement on internal screw thread by adopting image processing technology developed by Xintian. It's mainly matched for Length Measuring Machine or Instrument to realize the measurement on internal screw thread. The smallest diameter of the measuring head equipped with this measuring device is 0.30mm, So it could be used to measure M3 and above internal screw thread. This device is tiny and convenient to operate with stable operation performance. The T-type measuring head made by special processing technique with anti collision, anti shedding, non-splice characteristics differ from other similar products. This device need to be used together with supporting software developed by Xintian.
