Yutai Optics can provide Gemanuim blanks with diameters ranged from 7 mm to 300 mm and thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 40 mm. The rectangular blank has a size of 200 mm x 200 mm and a thickness of up to 100 mm. The resistivity is 5-40 Ω/m2. We can produce curved blanks with diameters from 15 mm to 200 mm. The diameter tolerance can be accurate to 0.03 mm (0.1 mm is the standard diameter tolerance).
