Description of rotary cooler
Rotary Cooler used for the production of compound fertilizer, cool fertilizer with certain temperature and particle size. Use dryer for together can greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity and improve the quality, further remove moisture, reduce the grain temperature of fertilizer. At the same time can also be used for cooling other powder, granular materials. Rotary kiln is also the main marching equipment for rotary kiln prodution line. The waste gas after heat exchange will import to rotary kiln so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the whole system.

Working principle
Rotary Cooler (lime cooler, cement cooler, magnesium cooler) work principle: Cooler is widely used in building material, chemical industry, metallurgy, and other industry, matching with rotary kiln. The equipment in the natural state, low speed revolving in a slope of 3.5%, the material feeding from the top of cylinder, scatter plate is scatting the material to make it discharging from the bottom side of cooler.
