The domestic leading technology ,superfine new recycling machine for all kinds of textile waste & non-woven waste ,which are use the porcupine roller with diameter 600-1000mm, each drum installed difference angle and specifications taper-pins, the feeding roller with diameter 150-220mm , the working width 1000-2000mm and maximum processing capacity up to 2500kgs/hour ,with pneumatic brake system and lubricating system, direct driving system with gear motor without chains driving system , this machine reduce the damaging of the fiber while tearing and recycling , in order to keep fiber length make reasonable and efficient , the porcupine roller shall changed depend on the raw material and customer requirement .
