Removable insulation jacket are sewn to provide strength and a beautiful appearance. At high stress points double and triple stitching is used for reinforcement.
For applications where temperature beyond 1000 degrees, high silica cloth or 304 stainless steel mesh can be used as the inner liner. If oily conditions are a concern, removable insulation jacket can insulate in an aluminum jacket before attaching the inner liner or outer finish to keep the insulating from soaking up the oil.
Most of our products operate with no problems in temperatures up to 1200°C providing energy savings and personnel protection.
