Q1: Can i get some samples?
A: Yes, we can supply the sample, but the sample is chargeable and the shipping cost should also be paid by our customers. Please kindly understand we do have production cost on samples. We will not charge you high but it has valuewhich need to be paid.
Q2: How to start orders or make payments?
A: After you confirm the order, we can send you an Proforma Invoice including order details, shipping and packing details, delivery time, payment method for you to confirm. After everything is both agreed, you could pay with T/T, WU, PAYPAL or other suggested way.
Q3: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: We can send you product COA for your evaluation, our goods send to you will be the more or less as the COA, normally will send you the most fresh batch of products and send you its COA before delivery.
If you need further confirmation, you can buy some samples, this is the most direct way.
Q4:What's your MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is not fixed. For high valued product, MOQ is less, for low valued product, MOQ is 1KG usually.
