Compared with the traditional multi-layer, the microwave dryer is not only efficient and energy-saving, but also with a single-layer mesh belt, which will not cause ay material damage and dust during the drying process, it is also with sterilization function,making the production process safer and more sanitary. The dried pet food can be directly packaged if dried in the aseptic workshop,the sterilization process is not needed.
Advantages
1.Fast and evenly. It no need heat exchange. The microwave dryer can pass the foodimmidiately. The wave can changed to be heat within several seconds. Immediately, microwave dryer has the selective character which can heat the food more evenly.
2.High efficientcy. As the microwave dryer can be absorbed easily by the materials which contain moisture, there is very few wave wasted. Compared with the traditional ultrated rays heating ways, it will save energy at least 30%.
3.Keeping fresh, The sterilization is with lo temperature, so the nutritions of food can be protedcted well.
4.Easy to control, the microwave only need water and electricity, can be controlled easily. So it can be used to dry the food continuously to save labor.
