Silicone Rubber For Textile TCS-1310H

Features & Usage:
TCS-1310H is an additional liquid silicone rubber with two components. It showed up good characteristics, such as excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, high transparency, avirulent environmental protection, high-adhesive strength, heatproof temperature exceeds 250C. It is widely used in printing of textile.

Use method:
1.Mixture: Mix up silicone TCS-1310H with curing agent according ratio 10:1. (If curing agent increased, the curing speed will get slower). Mixture can complete by hand or by equipment.
2.Defoaming: Silicone mixture should be defoaming before printing on textile, the silicone volume will enlarge 1-5 times in vacuum. Please prepare 5times large vessel for defoaming. The mixtures will recover after a few minutes when stop defoaming, The defoaming has completed if no bulb comes out.
3.Moulding: The mixture will inject into mould use squeegee or dispensing process, then heating forming.

Package, storage & Notes:
Silicone package: 20KG/pail. Curing gent: 2KG/tin
Keep it dry, ventilative and cool. To prevent the rain, sun exposure.
Avoid mixing curing agent of condensation silicone. Below also can influent curing effect, such as amine, sulfur compounds, phosphorus compound & melt salt. Avoiding moisture intrusion in using.
The products storage period about 1 year. Its fluidity can be recovered when intense agitation. We advised stir the silicone first then stir the silicone & curing agent mixture second. Expired products also can be used if passed re-inspection.

1.mixing the tackifier and its catalyst according the ration 10:1 . printing it on the fabric for the underbase . dry it . the temperature is 80-120 degree.
2. Take out 1310H with the curing agent 1310H mix proportion according to 10:1 fusion, if you want to have a color will need to join at this time is the amount of silica gel 5% of ordinary color paste, if is fluorescent color needs to be added to the 8% of the amount of silica gel. Then stir well. If you want the silica gel to dry more slowly than normal, you need more curing agent. If you want the silica gel to dry faster, the ratio between the gel and curing agent should be controlled at 10:0.8
3 Out of 80 to 100 to screen, a mixture of the silicone and curing agent with scraper scraping back and forth on the screen, you can see silicone has appeared on the fabric, and then use baking dryer running back and forth once. The temperature control is around 120.
4.Use the squeegee to scrape the glue back and forth for a second time, dry it, print it again for a third time, and dry it until it accumulates to the required height. Generally, repeat it for four times.OR THREE time .It depend on you .
