1.Paper cutter This machine is to cut the newspapers into pieces for further processing. One pencil need one paper size:18.3CM*54CM,one newpaper generally could make 3 pcs. Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, paper will be cutted into your needed size. 4.Pencil cutting machine and the Pencil roughing machine This machine is used to cut and polish the dry pencil sticks.
