Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is non-toxic and odorless white flocculent powder, stable in performance, and easily soluble in water.Its aqueous solution is neutral or alkaline transparent viscous liquid, soluble in other water-soluble gums and resins, insoluble In ethanol and other organic solvents. CMC can be used as a binder, thickener, suspending agent, emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, sizing agent and so on.

Applications in Coating
1. Control and adjust the flowing property of paint and the sispersibility of the pigment, increase the solid content of paint.
2. Strengthen the water retention value of the paint and avoid the moving of adhesive, so that it can improve the leveling of the paint and quality of the coating.
3. Give good stability to the paint, keep the homogeneity of the paint system.

CMC PAC Oil Drilling Grade:
CMC and PAC can reduce water loss, and increase viscosity in drilling fluid, cementing fluid and fracturing fluid. They play the roles of protecting the wall of well, taking drilling trifles, protecting drilling bit, preventing mud loss and increasing drilling rate.
Usage: add to mud directly or glue solution preparation.
Addition: 0.1-0.3% in fresh water mud; 0.5-0.8% in salt water mud.
