Heat Platen Test
We make heat platen ourselves. It makes the quality of heat platen is well controlled before assemble to the machine. We paint the coating ourselves too. It makes the printing surface of platen is flat and clear.
And our heat platen is always thicker and heavier. To make sure each heat platen durable and longer life. As you know, the heating plate is the most important spare parts for a heat press machines.
Quality Control on Each Finished Machine
We set a independent Quality Control Department to Testing and Checking each machine before packing and shipping out.
To make sure each machine is under control, and each machine obtain a special CE label. With this label you can know who make it, who check it, who pack it.
How to print your digital photo onto mug:
Take a digital photo
Print it out on sublimation paper with sublimation ink in your printer
Cut the paper image to about 3" x 8" size
Wrap the image facing in the sublimation coated mug
Place the mug in the mug press cup holder
Set temperature to 200 C
Set the desired time (varies from 45 sec. to 2 minutes. Longer time leads to darker impression)
Take the mug out when timer buzz
