Starbloc integrates blowing, labelling, filling and capping into a single system, it is the ideal solution for water, beverage, condiment and dairy product, with maximum capacity of 53000BPH for 200-2500ml PET bottle.

6. Non-contact type electronic filling valve, maximum hygiene with sterilization module and technical process control.
7. With online inspection and rejection system to control the quality of preform, empty bottle and label.
8. With MES system to realize life-cycle management of data identification, acquisition tracking and quality traceability.
